प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों के लिए राहत की खबर है। इन स्कूलों में समग्र शिक्षा अभियान के तहत चल रही मिड डे मील योजना में खाना पकाने की लागत की राशि बढ़ सकती है। इसके अलावा साल में 12 से अधिक सिलिंडर सब्सिडी पर मिल सकते हैं। प्रोजेक्ट एप्रुवल बोर्ड की बैठक में केंद्र सरकार की ओर से वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए 236 करोड़ की धनराशि मंजूर की गई है।
प्रदेश में मिड डे मील योजना के तहत कक्षा एक से पांचवीं तक के छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए प्रति दिन खाना बनाने की लागत वर्तमान में 4.57 रुपये मिलती है। जबकि जूनियर हाईस्कूल के छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए यह 7.45 रुपये है। मंगलवार को हुई पीएबी की बैठक में बेसिक के लिए इसे बढ़ाकर 8.03 रुपये और जूनियर हाईस्कूल के छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए इसे बढ़ाकर 11.97 रुपये किए जाने पर सहमति बनी है।
इसके अलावा भोजन माताओं का मानदेय पांच हजार रुपये किए जाने का भी प्रस्ताव है। बैठक में यह भी कहा गया कि 42 मदरसों में भी मिड डे मील शुरू किया जाए। बैठक में केंद्रीय संयुक्त सचिव जेएस मीणा, शिक्षा सचिव रविनाथ रमन, शिक्षा महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी, अपर राज्य परियोजना निदेशक डॉ.मुकुल सती, संयुक्त निदेशक पदमेंद्र बिष्ट आदि मौजूद रहे।
