आय से अधिक संपत्ति के मामले में आईएएस रामविलास यादव से विजिलेंस ऑफिस में अधिकारियों ने सवाल किया तो उन्होंने किसी को सही जवाब नहीं दिया. सूची 30 प्रश्नों की थी, लेकिन उनमें से प्रश्न निकलते रहे और संख्या 300 तक पहुंच गई। इनमें से अधिकांश पर यादव ने कहा कि वह बाद में उत्तर देंगे। इतना ही नहीं वह पत्नी पर कई सवालों से बचते रहे।
कहा कि पत्नी संपत्ति, बैंक लॉकर, लेन-देन आदि के बारे में बता सकती है। दरअसल, हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बाद आईएएस रामविलास यादव बुधवार को विजिलेंस ऑफिस पहुंचे थे. यहां जांच अधिकारियों ने करीब 13 घंटे तक पूछताछ की। इसके बाद देर रात करीब 2.15 बजे उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। इस संबंध में सतर्कता निदेशक अमित सिन्हा ने गुरुवार को संवाददाताओं से कहा कि रामविलास यादव से पूछने के लिए 30 सवालों की सूची तैयार की गई है. इसमें उसकी पुश्तैनी संपत्ति, एफडी, बैंक खाते, फ्लैट, बेटी के खाते आदि की जानकारी मांगी जानी थी, लेकिन उसने शुरू से ही जांच अधिकारियों को उलझाना शुरू कर दिया।
कहा कि प्रत्येक प्रश्न में 10-10 प्रश्न होते हैं। उनसे कुल मिलाकर 300 से ज्यादा सवाल पूछे गए। यादव से दिलकाश विहार रानीकोठी, लखनऊ में उनके आवास और गुडंबा में स्कूल पर किए गए काम के स्रोत के बारे में भी पूछा गया, लेकिन उन्होंने कहा कि वह बाद में इसका जवाब देंगे। पूछताछ के सिलसिले में उसने ज्यादातर सवालों के जवाब अपनी पत्नी पर डाल दिए। कहा कि केवल उनकी पत्नी ही जवाब दे पाएगी। जब उसने किसी सवाल का सही जवाब नहीं दिया तो देर रात उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
पत्नी पर भी लटकी थी गिरफ्तारी की तलवार: यादव ने अपनी पत्नी पर ज्यादातर सवालों से परहेज किया और उस पर भी गिरफ्तारी की तलवार टांग दी। इसके लिए विजिलेंस ने उनकी पत्नी कुसुम विलास यादव को भी बुलाया, लेकिन वह विजिलेंस के सामने पेश नहीं हुईं। दरअसल, लखनऊ में भी स्कूल उनकी पत्नी के नाम से ही चलता है. नोएडा में जो फ्लैट खरीदा वह भी पत्नी के नाम है। इस संबंध में रामविलास यादव ने विजिलेंस को बताया कि उस समय वह अपनी बेटी के नाम पर एक फ्लैट खरीदना चाहते थे, लेकिन वह नाबालिग थी. ऐसे में यह फ्लैट उनकी पत्नी के नाम पर खरीदा गया था। बताया जा रहा है कि इस तरह उसकी पत्नी भी कानूनी जांच में फंस सकती है।
