17 जून को ऊर्जा भवन से विदाई, चार जुलाई को वापसी:- ऊर्जा निगम ने 17 जून को सात लेखाधिकारियों की पहली तैनाती मुख्यालय से हरिद्वार, रुड़की, हल्द्वानी, रुद्रपुर, श्रीनगर आदि जगहों पर की गई। यह आदेश लागू हो भी गया लेकिन सात जुलाई को पूर्व का आदेश निरस्त करते हुए निगम प्रबंधन ने सभी की तैनाती निगम मुख्यालय में ही कर दी। सवाल यह है कि अगर निगम को इनकी जरूरत मुख्यालय में थी तो इनका तबादला पहले क्यों किया गया? अगर नहीं थी तो फिर तबादले का पूरा आदेश क्यों बदला गया?
प्रशिक्षु इंजीनियरों को भी मिल रही राहत:- यूपीसीएल में करीब दो माह का प्रशिक्षण लेकर पहली तैनाती पर जाने वाले प्रशिक्षु इंजीनियरों को भी तबादलों में राहत मिलनी शुरू हो गई है। असिस्टेंट इंजीनियर रोहित चौहान को निगम ने पहले विद्युत वितरण खंड रुद्रप्रयाग में तैनाती दी, जिसे सात जून को बदलकर विकासनगर कर दिया गया।
जूनियर इंजीनियर प्रशिक्षु शोभा को पहले श्रीनगर में तैनाती दी गई, जिसे बदलकर उत्तरकाशी कर दिया गया। दो प्रशिक्षु असिस्टेंट इंजीनियर आयुष चंद और अनुज कुमार को तो निगम प्रबंधन ने मुख्यालय में ही पहली तैनाती दे दी। जूनियर इंजीनियर प्रशिक्षु विपिन कोठियाल को पहले रुद्रप्रयाग में तैनाती दी गई, बाद में बदलकर ऋषिकेश कर दी गई।
