विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने अपने शोक संदेश में कहा है कि पार्टी संगठन एवं राज्य के विकास में केदार सिंह फोनिया का योगदान हमेशा अविस्मरणीय रहेगा। वे एक समर्पित जन नेता के तौर पर सदैव याद किए जायेंगे।
