कोरोना काल में चौपट हुई उत्तराखंड की अर्थव्यवस्था अब पटरी पर लौट रही है। राज्य की आर्थिकी की धुरी माने जाने वाले पर्यटन सेक्टर में तेजी से सुधार होता दिखाई दे रहा है। अर्थ एवं संख्या विभाग के आर्थिक विकास दर के आंकड़े इसकी तस्दीक कर रहे हैं।
प्रचलित भावों संशोधित आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, राज्य की विकास दर जो कोरोनकाल में 2020-21 के दौरान शून्य से नीचे -4.42 प्रतिशत तक गिर गई थी। उसके 2021-22 में 6.13 प्रतिशत तक पहुंचने का अनुमान है। यह 2018-19 में राज्य की 6 प्रतिशत विकास दर से भी अधिक है।
अर्थ एवं संख्या विभाग के अपर निदेशक डॉ. मनोज कुमार पंत का कहना है कि कोरोनाकाल के बाद राज्य ने विकास एवं निर्माण से जुड़ी योजनाओं पर तेजी से फोकस किया। जिला योजना में 40 प्रतिशत धनराशि आजीविका बढ़ाने वाली योजनाओं पर खर्च की गई। अवस्थापना कार्यों और औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में उत्पादन की तेजी, पर्यटन कारोबार और सेवा से जुड़े क्षेत्रों के विस्तार से अर्थव्यवस्था में सुधार दिखाई दे रहा है।
अर्थव्यवस्था का आकार बढ़ा:- उत्तराखंड की अर्थव्यवस्था का आकार बढ़ गया है। 2020-21 में यह 234660 करोड़ रह गया था, लेकिन 2021-22 में यह बढ़कर 253832 करोड़ हो चुका है। प्रतिव्यक्ति आय में भी इजाफा कोरोनाकाल के दौरान 2020-21 में राज्य की प्रतिव्यक्ति आय का संशोधित अनुमान 188000 रुपये आंका गया। 2021-22 में इसके 196,000 तक बढ़ने का संशोधित अनुमान लगाया गया है।
पर्यटन कारोबार में तेजी रही तो और दिखेगा सुधार:- आर्थिक मामलों के जानकारों का मानना है कि राज्य के पर्यटन कारोबार में यही तेजी रही तो राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था में और सुधार देखने को मिलेगा। राज्य सरकार के ही आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण 2020-21 के मुताबिक, कोरोना के कारण राज्य के पर्यटन क्षेत्र को करीब आठ हजार करोड़ रुपये के राजस्व की हानि हुई थी। इतना ही नहीं होटल कारोबार से जुड़े करीब ढाई लाख लोगों की नौकरियां चली गईं थी। इसके अलावा जीएसटी व नान जीएसटी से होने वाली आमदनी में भी भारी कमी आई थी।
आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण में अर्थव्यवस्था की दिखेगी पूरी तस्वीर:- राज्य सरकार 14 जून से शुरू हो रहे विधानसभा के बजट सत्र के दौरान आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण की रिपोर्ट पेश होगी। इस रिपोर्ट में राज्य की वित्तीय स्थिति और अर्थव्यवस्था के बारे में पूरी तस्वीर दिखाई जाएगी। साथ ही रिपोर्ट उन क्षेत्रों की स्थिति से पर्दा उठाएगी, जो राज्य की आर्थिकी के लिए खासे अहम हैं।
