मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि नरेन्द्र मोदी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद देश और देशवासियों में आशा, विश्वास और नई ऊर्जा का संचार हुआ है। उनके नेतृत्व में देश हर क्षेत्र में तेजी से प्रगति कर रहा है। वैश्विक स्तर पर भारत का मान, सम्मान एवं स्वाभिमान बढ़ा है। देश में नई कार्य संस्कृति की शुरूआत हुई है। समरस, समर्थ एवं शक्तिशाली भारत की पहचान देश व दुनिया में हुई है। उनके बारे में जितना कहा जाए कम है। उनके नेतृत्व में देश की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को भी संवारने का कार्य हो रहा है। अयोध्या में भव्य राम मंदिर, काशी में भव्य कारिडोर का निर्माण हो रहा है। कश्मीर में धारा 370 हटा कर दो विधान दो निशान की परम्परा को समाप्त करने का कार्य उन्होंने किया है। समाज के सभी वर्गों को ध्यान में रखते हुए एवं समाज के अन्तिम पंक्ति में खड़े लोगों को समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने का कार्य प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में पुरे भारत ने आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव मनाया, अमृत काल में हम भारत को प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में आगे ले जाएंगे।
बुधवार को हेमवती नन्दन बहुगुणा राजकीय महाविद्यालय खटीमा में आयोजित मोदी 2.0 कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश हर क्षेत्र में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। कोविड महामारी में भारत में टीकाकरण का महा अभियान चलाया गया। भारत में 200 करोड़ से अधिक कोविड के टीके लगे। भारत की सांस्कृतिक परम्परा हमेशा से ‘सर्वे भवन्तुः सुखिनः की रही है। कोविड के दौरान भारत ने इसी भावना से अन्य देशों को भी 20 करोड़ से अधिक कोविड वैक्सीन दी। प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में देश में दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी स्वास्थ्य योजना आयुष्मान भारत योजना चलाई जा रही है। देश में कोई भूखा न सोये इसके लिये निःशुल्क खाद्यान्न की व्यवस्था की गई। देश डिजिटल भारत की दिशा में तेजी से आगे बढ़ा है। सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास एवं सबका प्रयास की भावना पर देश आगे बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जिस समर्पण भाव से देश की सेवा कर रहे हैं, उन्हें आधुनिक भारत का शिल्पकार कहा जा सकता है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में गुजरात मॉडल देश विदेश में प्रसिद्ध रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड सैन्य बाहुल्य प्रदेश है, वे स्वयं एक सैनिक परिवार से हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रयासों से सेना ना केवल पहले से और अधिक सक्षम और सशक्त हो रही है बल्कि उसकी यश और कीर्ति भी बढ़ रही है। हमारी सेना ने दुश्मन को मुंहतोड़ जवाब दिया। नरेन्द्र मोदी ने स्वयं सियाचिन में जाकर जवानों का उत्साह बढाया है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में सेना के आधुनिकीकरण पर बल दिया जा रहा है, प्रधानमंत्री निरंतर सैनिकों के साहस और मनोबल को बढ़ा रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का उत्तराखण्ड से कर्म एवं मर्म का रिश्ता है। उनके नेतृत्व में उत्तराखण्ड में कनेक्टिविटी में बहुत तेजी से काम हुआ है। पहाड़ के लिये सफर काफी सुविधाजनक हुआ है। प्रधानमंत्री जी के निर्देशन में राज्य सरकार अनेकों महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं पर काम कर रही हैं। प्रधानमंत्री के विजन के अनुरूप केदारनाथ धाम में पुनर्निर्माण का काम तेजी से हुआ है। इसी प्रकार बदरीनाथ धाम के मास्टर प्लान पर भी काम शुरू हो गया है। कुमायूं क्षेत्र में पौराणिक मंदिरों के लिये मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन पर काम किया जाएगा।
केंद्रीय रक्षा एवं पर्यटन राज्य मंत्री अजय भट्ट ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का लक्ष्य भारत के लोगों के लिए कुछ बड़ा करने का है। जिस तरह स्वतंत्रता संग्राम को जन आंदोलन में बदलने के लिए महात्मा गांधी का नाम स्वर्ण अक्षरों में अंकित है, उसी तरह पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी भी भारत की विकास यात्रा को जन आंदोलन में बदल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा 2014 में भारत के लोगों ने एक ऐसा जनादेश दिया जो दशकों में नहीं देखा गया था और 2019 से एक बार फिर व्यापक समर्थन ने उनके काम पर मुहर लगा दी। उन्होंने कहा यह पुस्तक (मोदी /20) हम सभी के लिए एक प्रेरक है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी अपनी गतिशीलता, जुनून और साहस के साथ देश को विकास एवम गौरव के पथ पर आगे ले जाने का काम कर रहे हैं।
केंद्रीय रक्षा एवं पर्यटन राज्य मंत्री अजय भट्ट ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किए और योजनाएं चलाई है उन्होंने भ्रूण हत्या जैसे जघन्य कृत्य को रोकने के लिए जनता को प्रेरित किया और बेटियों के महत्व के बारे में दुनिया में समाज को बताया, उन्होंने कहा किहमारी संस्कृति विश्व बंधुत्व की संस्कृति है, उन्होंने कहा यूक्रेन- रूस युद्ध में भी नरेंद्र मोदी ने दोनों पक्षों से बात कर 22500 विद्यार्थियों को सकुशल देश में लाने का कार्य किया था।
