अगले साल होने वाले अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग महोत्सव में विदेशी पर्यटकों को लाने के लिए उत्तराखंड पर्यटन विकास परिषद ने टूर ऑपरेटरों के लिए मार्केटिंग सपोर्ट स्कीम का एलान किया है। इस स्कीम के तहत टूर ऑपरेटरों को प्रति विदेशी पर्यटक 10 हजार रुपये की वित्तीय प्रोत्साहन दी जाएगी।
उत्तराखंड में योग के प्रति देश दुनिया को आकर्षित करने के लिए पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से हर साल ऋषिकेश में अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग महोत्सव आयोजित किया जाता है। महोत्सव में ज्यादा से ज्यादा विदेशी पर्यटक भागीदार बनें, पर्यटन विभाग ने टूर ऑपरेटरों के लिए वित्तीय प्रोत्साहन राशि देने के लिए मार्केटिंग सपोर्ट स्कीम की घोषणा की है।
अंतरराष्ट्रीय पर्यटकों की बुकिंग करने वाले टूर ऑपरेटरों को प्रति पर्यटक 10 हजार रुपये और अधिकतर पांच लाख रुपये की राशि दी जाएगी। यह वित्तीय प्रोत्साहन टूर आपरेटरों को विदेशी पर्यटकों को योग महोत्सव में लाने के एवज में दिया जाएगा।
इन्हें मिलेगा लाभ: योजना का लाभ इंटरनेशनल एसोसिएशन ऑफ टूर ऑपरेटर्स, पर्यटन मंत्रालय और उत्तराखंड पर्यटन विकास परिषद से मान्यता प्राप्त टूर ऑपरेटर्स को मिलेगा। पर्यटकों को लाने वाले मान्यता प्राप्त टूर ऑपरेटरों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग महोत्सव मार्केटिंग प्रमोशन के प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
इसके अलावा उन्हें अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग महोत्सव में भाग लेने वाले विदेशी मेहमानों की बुकिंग व पंजीकरण का विवरण, उनके पासपोर्ट व वैध वीजा की प्रतियां और उनके लिए होटल बुकिंग आदि दस्तावेज यूटीडीबी के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। प्रोत्साहन राशि दावा के लिए आवेदन योग कार्यक्रम पूर्ण होने के एक सप्ताह बाद 15 मार्च से पूर्व अनिवार्य रूप से करना होगा।
