मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उत्तराखंड को देवभूमि के साथ संस्कृति साहित्य एवं कला की भूमि बताते हुए राज्य में इन विधाओं को विस्तार देने पर बल दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में फिल्म सिटी खोलने के विचार को भी आगे बढ़ाने की जरूरत है।

उन्होंने राज्य में साहित्य एवं ललित कला केंद्रों की संभावनाओं पर ध्यान देने को कहा है ताकि राज्य के युवाओं को फिल्मों के साथ ही साहित्य एवं लोक संस्कृति एवं लोक कला की विभिन्न विधाओं से जुड़ने का अवसर मिल सके। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारे युवा सकारात्मक सोच के साथ राज्य की लोक परंपराओं एवं समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत से जुड़ सकें, यह हमारा प्रयास होना चाहिए।
प्रशून जोशी ने सीएम धामी से की भेंट:
मंगलवार को सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से केंद्रीय फिल्म सेंसर बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष प्रशून जोशी ने भेंट की। प्रदेश में फिल्म निर्माण, गीत संगीत नाट्य संस्कृति एवं साहित्य की विभिन्न विधाओं को बढ़ावा देने से संबंधित विषयों पर चर्चा की गई।
युवा सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं के बने संवाहक:
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड देवभूमि के साथ ही नैसर्गिक प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य एवं समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत से परिपूर्ण राज्य है। हमारे युवा हमारी सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं के संवाहक बने, इस दिशा में भी प्रयासों की उन्होंने जरूरत बतायी।
देश व दुनिया में बने उत्तराखंड की पहचान:
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि निर्माणाधीन कल्चरल सेंटर एवं म्यूजियम को शीघ्र अंतिम रूप देने के साथ इसके प्रभावी उपयोग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में ऐसे आयोजनों की व्यवस्था पर भी ध्यान दिया जाए, जिससे देश व दुनिया में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में राज्य की पहचान बनाने वाले सहभागी बन सके। हमारे यहां आने वाले करोड़ों लोग भी हमारे इन प्रयासों से प्रदेश की संस्कृति, कला एवं लोक विधा से जुड़ सकेंगे।
फिल्म इंस्टीट्यूट की स्थापना की जरूरत:
केंद्रीय फिल्म सेंसर बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष प्रसून जोशी ने सुझाव दिया कि उत्तराखंड फिल्म निर्माण के साथ सांस्कृतिक पहचान की संभावनाओं वाला प्रदेश है। भविष्य के दृष्टिगत यहा फिल्म इंस्टीट्यूट की स्थापना पर ध्यान दिए जाने से राज्य के युवा फिल्म निर्माण की विभिन्न विधाओं से जुड़ सकेंगे तथा इस क्षेत्र में हो रहे नवाचारों से भी परिचित हो सकेंगे।
उन्होंने राज्य में लोक सस्कृति संगीत नाट्य एवं साहित्य से जुड़े विषयों को व्यापकता प्रदान करने के लिये तीन दिवसीय फेस्टिवल आयोजित करने का भी सुझाव मुख्यमंत्री को दिया।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस आयोजन में देश व विदेशो में रह रहे इस क्षेत्र से जुड़े लोगों की भागीदारी से इसे ओर अधिक व्यापकता मिलेगी तथा लोगों को अपनी संस्कृति से जोड़ने में भी मदद मिलेगी।
इस दौरान विशेष प्रमुख सचिव अभिनव कुमार, महानिदेशक सूचना बंशीधर तिवारी, निदेशक संस्कृति बीना भट्ट, उप निदेशक नितिन उपाध्याय के साथ अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
